Your local supply partner in Poland.
MAK Consulting helps developers, contractors, distributors and construction businesses access the Polish building materials market through one experienced and accountable local partner.
We combine supplier research, commercial coordination, practical procurement, local logistics and international delivery into supply solutions built around each client’s project.
Our role is straightforward: understand what the client needs, identify the right route through the Polish market and manage the work required to deliver the result.

Built to make sourcing from Poland workable for international construction businesses.
Poland offers access to competitive manufacturers, specialist production and a broad range of building materials. However, using that market effectively requires more than finding a supplier online.
International buyers need someone who understands the local market, communicates directly with manufacturers, verifies what is being offered and connects purchasing decisions with collections, consolidation, documentation and delivery.
MAK Consulting was developed to provide that missing local structure.
We work as an extension of the client’s purchasing and project team in Poland — providing the local knowledge and operational capacity required to turn a sourcing opportunity into a coordinated supply process.
We do not simply introduce buyers to suppliers. We help make the entire supply route work.
Our experience comes from managing real orders, suppliers and international deliveries.
MAK Consulting has supported international clients sourcing windows, roofing systems, insulation, interior materials, sanitary products, fencing, structural products and complete multi-category project packages from Poland.
Our work has involved projects with different supplier structures, production schedules, delivery destinations and operational requirements.
That experience has shown us that successful sourcing depends on the connections between every stage of the process:
- the specification must match the project;
- the supplier must be capable of delivering;
- production dates must support the programme;
- goods must be collected and prepared correctly;
- documentation must be consistent;
- and transport must reflect the actual materials and destination.
This practical understanding allows us to plan projects around the final delivered result rather than treating purchasing, warehousing and transport as unrelated activities.

We are not a supplier directory, freight broker or passive intermediary.
A list of Polish manufacturers is easy to obtain. The difficult part is deciding which supplier fits the project, clarifying what is actually included in the offer and managing everything that follows.
MAK Consulting takes an active role in the process.
We assess the requirement, communicate with suppliers, identify differences between options, coordinate the agreed purchasing route and remain involved through the operational stages covered by our scope.
Where we supply the materials directly, MAK Consulting becomes the client’s commercial partner and manages the Polish supply chain on its behalf.
Not tied to one manufacturer
We select suppliers around the requirements of the project rather than adapting the project to one predefined product range.
Not limited to introductions
Our involvement can continue through quotations, production, collections, consolidation, documentation and delivery.
Not disconnected from the outcome
Our focus is the final commercial and operational result — not simply completing one isolated activity.
Problems are easier to solve when your partner is already in Poland.
Supplier communication, local collections, factory visits, receiving checks and shipment preparation are difficult to manage effectively from another country.
Our local presence allows us to communicate in Polish, work directly with manufacturers and logistics partners and respond to operational issues without relying entirely on remote correspondence.
Depending on the project, we can coordinate:
- supplier and factory communication;
- local transport and collections;
- visits, samples and documentation;
- receiving and visible-condition checks;
- temporary storage and consolidation;
- shipment preparation and loading.
The client gains local capability without having to establish its own office, purchasing team or warehouse operation in Poland.

Direct involvement. Consistent project knowledge. Clear accountability.
MAK Consulting was founded by Michał Nowak to give international businesses a practical way to source and manage building materials from Poland without creating their own local procurement structure.
Michał remains directly involved in project analysis, supplier selection, commercial discussions and the key operational decisions behind each supply route.
This founder-led model gives clients continuity.
The person discussing the initial requirement understands the reasoning behind the selected suppliers, the commercial decisions already made and the operational priorities that must be protected throughout the project.
Commercially practical. Operationally realistic. Clear with the client.
Commercial logic first
We first consider whether the complete delivered solution can create a meaningful advantage for the client.
Project fit over familiarity
We select products and suppliers around the requirement rather than using the same manufacturer for every project.
Problems communicated early
Potential limitations, specification gaps and operational risks are raised before they become larger project issues.
Responsibility through the agreed scope
We remain involved until the activities entrusted to MAK Consulting have been properly completed and handed over.
We understand both sides of the supply relationship.
Polish manufacturers often have strong products and production capabilities, but their quotation structures, communication processes and export experience vary significantly.
International clients, meanwhile, need clear commercial information, predictable communication, suitable documentation and delivery arrangements adapted to their project.
MAK Consulting connects these two sides.
We translate the client’s commercial and technical expectations into practical actions for Polish suppliers, while presenting the available Polish supply options in a format the client can evaluate and manage.

Advice supported by the capacity to execute.
Established supplier base
Years of sourcing experience give us access to proven manufacturers, established relationships and, in many cases, stronger commercial terms.
Project-specific supplier research
When our existing network does not provide the right solution, we research and approach new manufacturers specifically for your project.
Construction product expertise
We understand building products, specifications and installation requirements, helping us match technical solutions to the practical needs of the project.
Technical document review
We review available specifications, declarations and technical documentation to identify compatibility issues, missing information and points requiring clarification.
Direct purchasing
Where appropriate, MAK Consulting can purchase and resupply materials, giving you one commercial partner instead of multiple separate suppliers.
Local procurement and logistics
We coordinate suppliers, factory collections and domestic transport, managing the movement of goods across Poland before international dispatch.
Warehousing and consolidation
Our Polish warehouse enables us to receive, store, check and consolidate orders from several suppliers into one coordinated shipment.
International delivery network
We connect the Polish supply process with road transport, sea freight, customs support and destination-specific delivery requirements.
Work with a partner who understands both the opportunity and the work behind it.
Tell us what you are trying to source, where it needs to be delivered and what matters most to the project.
We will review the requirement and discuss whether MAK Consulting can create a commercially and operationally workable supply route from Poland.
